How much does it cost?
Nothing! OneNeighbor is free to use. We charge customers a small fee, but service providers are never charged to use the service. The price that you see for a job is exactly what you'll receive.
How do I get paid?
Payments are quick and easy. You'll setup payments using your bank info or debit card and we'll transfer the money you earn as quick as the next day with instant pay. You don't have to worry about security because we use STRIPE, the largest payment processing company that's used by Amazon, Facebook, Lyft, Target and more. Your information is encrypted and safe!
How Do I Get Customers?
You pick the customers that you want! Once you've setup your account and entered the areas that you cover/provide services, you'll be able to see available customers on your dashboard. For each available customer it will show their location, service, frequency, and the pay amount. You simply click to accept the customer and select the day of the week you'll service them. It's that easy! You'll want to make sure you act quickly though because the customers are "first come, first served".
Is this a lead generation service?
No. There are no leads and you don't pay to get customers. After creating your free account you'll be able to start picking up available customers right away and there's no fee! The customers that you see have signed up and purchased the service through the OneNeighbor platform. Once they've purchased a service, the customer becomes available for all service providers in the customer's area to pick them up. It's "first come, first served", so you'll want to move quickly when a new customer is available. We do all the work getting the customers so all that you have to do is perform the services and get paid!
Do I bid on the jobs or choose the price?
Nope! OneNeighbor's proprietary software calculates the price for every customer based on the square footage of their property, the local market rate, density, and other factors. You don't have to bid, visit the property or anything. The price for each customer will be displayed and you can pick the ones you want to service!
How many customers can I get?
There's no limit! You can take on as many OneNeighbor customers as you can properly handle/manage. There are many OneNeighbor pros who have 20-40 OneNeighbor customers that they service every day! You'll want to make sure that you don't take on more than you can handle though because your quality score will drop if you don't service the customers on time, communicate with them, or if the customer poorly rates your job quality. Customers also have the ability to fire you if you don't do a great job.
What if I can't service the customer on time?
Don't worry! We make it super easy for you to reschedule a job and communicate the change with the customer through the OneNeighbor app. It's very important that you communicate any and all changes with your customers through the app. If you forget to reschedule a job (even if it's raining), your reliability rating will drop and the customer will think you're a no-show. They might even fire you!
What if my truck or equipment breaks?
COMMUNICATION IS KEY! It's vital to keep your customers updated with any changes to their service. If your truck or equipment breaks and you can't complete all your jobs, you need to reschedule the job(s) through the app and communicate the reason why with the customer. We make this super easy through the OneNeighbor platform. If you don't reschedule the job and communicate with the customer your reliability rating will drop and your customers will think you're a no-show. They might even fire you! The best OneNeighbor pros have backup equipment and have reliable transportation.
