Yeah, you read that correctly. The price that you pay will continue to drop as more homeowners sign up for service. It literally pays to spread the word with your neighbors, friends, and family!

"OneNeighbor is like growth rocketfuel! I was able to add three new trucks last year and take my family on our first vacation in over 10 years. "

While well-maintained yards and lovely houses define Deer Park today, the Houston suburb was primarily a home for deer in the Harris County location at one time. Established in 1893, Deer Park used to be the hub for the Galveston, Harrisburg, and San Antonio Railway station around 1895.
A post office was founded at the site in 1893 but stopped serving locals in 1919. It opened, once again, in 1930.
It’s hard to believe that Deer Park, at one time, had only about 40 people, as it is home to around 30,000 residents today. During 1896, the community featured a general store and hotel, and many of the local residents worked as carpenters.
By 1946, however, things began to change, as the location became the site for refining oil and the production of TNT.
Today, Deer Park supports a variety of industries, including plastics, carbon, and concrete. Educationally, the community backs the San Jacinto Junior College and has done so since the school’s opening in 1961. About 820 businesses have been established in the area so far.
One of the attractions of note in Deer Park is Patrick’s Cabin – a former home of Dr.George Moffit Patrick and his family. The spot is known as the place where the first treaty papers were drafted, which gave Texas its independence in 1836. Now featured in the area’s Heritage Park, the former Patrick homestead represents the “Birthplace of Texas.”
Golfers who like history often visit the Battleground Golf Course, which has been named for the events and notable people related to the Battle of San Jacinto. The historic conflict took place on April 21, 1836.
The battle is important, as it freed Texas from Mexican rule and annexed the land aspart of the U.S. Led by Sam Houston, this battle triggered the Mexican-American War, which ultimately led to the acquisition, by the U.S., of Texas and several other U.S. territories.
With all there is to do in Deer Park, home owners like the fact they can download the OneNeighbor app and easily order and pay for lawn care services.
